1. Quality Assurance

We carefully inspect every product before shipping to ensure it meets our high standards of quality. Our 00 Grade and 000 Grade Beluga caviar is sealed and stored in optimal conditions to maintain its exquisite freshness. If, for any reason, you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order.

2. Returns

Due to the perishable nature of our caviar, we do not accept returns once the product has been opened. However, if the product arrives in unsatisfactory condition or was damaged during shipping, we will arrange for a full refund or replacement at no additional cost to you.

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our Customer Service Team with your order details and photos of the damaged goods. We will handle your request with the utmost care and urgency.

3. Non-Refundable Items

Please note that all perishable items, including caviar, are non-refundable unless there is an issue with the quality or delivery condition. Non-perishable items such as accessories, packaging, or gifts can be returned within 14 days in their original, unused condition.
