Caviar-Topped Oysters on the Half Shell
Ingredients:

• Fresh oysters (shucked)
• Lemon wedges
• 00 Grade Beluga Caviar
• Crushed ice for serving

Instructions:

1. Arrange freshly shucked oysters on a bed of crushed ice.
2. Add a small spoonful of 00 Grade Beluga Caviar on top of each oyster.
3. Serve with a wedge of lemon for squeezing.
