Ingredients:
• 3 oz Wagyu beef (thinly sliced)
• 1 oz 00 Grade Beluga Caviar
• 1 tsp olive oil
• ½ tsp sea salt
• 1 tsp lemon juice
• Fresh microgreens (for garnish)

Instructions:

1. Lay thin slices of Wagyu beef on a chilled plate.
2. Drizzle with olive oil and a splash of lemon juice, then lightly sprinkle with sea salt.
3. Carefully spoon 00 Grade Beluga Caviar across the carpaccio for a decadent flavor pairing.
