Caviar Lobster Bisque

Recipe 4:
Lobster Bisque with 000 Grade Beluga Caviar
Ingredients:
• Lobster tails (cooked)
• Onion, celery, and carrots (chopped)
• Tomato paste
• Heavy cream
• White wine
• 000 Grade Beluga Caviar

Instructions:

1. Sauté onion, celery, and carrots in a pot until soft. Add tomato paste and cook briefly.
2. Pour in white wine and simmer. Add lobster shells and water, then simmer for 30 minutes. Strain the broth.
3. Add heavy cream to the broth and blend until smooth. Add lobster meat.
4. Ladle the bisque into bowls and top with a small spoonful of 000 Grade Beluga Caviar for a luxurious finish.
