• Sushi rice
• Nori sheets
• Fresh salmon or tuna (sashimi-grade)
• Avocado slices
• 000 Grade Beluga Caviar
Instructions:
1. Spread a thin layer of sushi rice on a nori sheet.
2. Add slices of salmon or tuna and avocado in the center.
3. Roll tightly using a bamboo mat.
4. Slice into pieces and top each piece with a dollop of 000 Grade Beluga Caviar.
